Storage Systems for Snow, Surf, Fishing, Climbing and Scuba

2 June 20266 min read

Gear is the difference between watching an adventure and having one. That is why Maximum Gear sits at the heart of every QWAIK build. We design storage systems first, then build the living space around them — not the other way around.

Every sport has a system

Snowboards and skis need secure, drainable racks. Surfboards need padded, length-friendly storage. Fishing means rod holders, tackle drawers and a wash-down zone. Climbing demands organised racks for ropes, hardware and harnesses. Scuba calls for tank mounts and a place to stow wet, heavy kit. We engineer each one into the van.

Wet, dirty and heavy — handled

Adventure gear is rarely clean. Our 4WD campervans are built with sealed, ventilated and drainable storage so salt water, snow melt and trail mud stay away from your sleeping and cooking areas. Heavy items sit low and locked down for safe, predictable handling off-road.

Modular by design

No two crews chase the same adventures, so our storage is modular. A scuba build one season can flex toward a snow setup the next. The Mercedes-Benz 4x4 Sprinter's square body gives us the volume to make that flexibility real.

Pack more, reach further, and never leave the good gear at home. That is what Maximum Gear is all about.

Your next adventure won't build itself

Tell us where you're headed and what you're hauling. QWAIK Campers will build the rig that gets you there with everything you need on board.
