Sunshine Coast Campers Built for People Who Actually Adventure
We are getting ready to launch, and we want to be upfront about who we are building for. QWAIK Campers is not chasing the well-worn template that most Sunshine Coast campers follow. We are not here to hand you another two-to-four berth van with a bathroom, a kitchenette and a lounge that folds down into a bed. That formula already exists, and plenty of builders do it well.
What we kept hearing from adventurers across the Sunshine Coast was a different story. They wanted to fit more people in. They wanted to carry more gear. They wanted a 4WD campervan that could actually get to the trailhead, the break, the boat ramp or the snow — and still have room for the whole crew.
A niche worth building for
QWAIK Campers exists for the niche that the mainstream ignores. Big families. Tight-knit groups of mates. Multi-sport athletes who travel with boards, bikes, tanks and ropes. People who measure a trip by how far off the bitumen they got, not by the size of the ensuite.
Our point of difference is simple: we squeeze more capability into every build, for less money. More human capacity. More gear storage. More exhilaration per kilometre. That is the whole brief.
Why the Sunshine Coast
The Sunshine Coast is the perfect proving ground. Surf in the morning, hinterland trails by lunch, and a clear run to the snow or the reef when the mood strikes. A camper built here has to do everything, and that is exactly the kind of vehicle we love to build.
